Ok, cara diet ini tanpa obat sama sekali ya, jadi kalo yang pengen instan tentunya dijamin gagal, tapi kalo yang sabar & telaten dari hari ke hari, minggu ke minggu, dijamin deh, selain badan bisa langsing, tubuhpun jauh lebih segar bugar dibanding sebelumnya.

Menu Diet ala MissGeulis

Jam 06.00 – 07.00   Sarapan dengan Roti Satu Lembar + Segelas Susu ‘Low Fat’

Jam 09.00 – 10.00   Buah (tidak ada batasan buah apapun, bisa apel, pisang, anggur, pir, jeruk. dll… semua  dilahap)

Jam 11.00 – 12.00   Makan Siang dengan Nasi + Lauk Pauk (porsi secukupnya, terutama nasi bok!!!)

Jam 16.00 – 17.00  Makan Sore dengan sayur/ nasi (kalo gak kuat, hehe).

Jam 19.00-21.00    Buah atau Sayur

Selain menu diet diatas, MissGeulis juga mengkombinasikan dengan berenang seminggu 3 kali dan Fitness seminggu 2-3 kali. It’s really hard work, Girls!!! Kecuali. HARI MINGGU. Hari minggu adalah hari libur, free time… No Diet… HARI BEBAS makan apa aja… Ehh, tapi tetep loh, meski hari bebas, perut tetep gak bisa nampung banyak-banyak, karena udah terbiasa makan ’secukupnya’ di 6 hari lainnya.

Hasilnya??? Meski kadang tetep nyicip2 gorengan, tapi selama sebulan bisa turun sekitar 2-3 kilogram. Emang sih gak banyak, tapi selama kurun waktu 6 bulan bisa turun kurang lebih 10an kg &B bikin juru rias manten yang ketemu MissGeulis beberapa bulan sebelumnya, terheran-heran liat perubahan porsi tubuh, hehehe. Bahkan beberapa hari sebelum the BIG DAY, pas fitting kebaya pengantin terakhir kali di butiknya Bu Vivi, kebaya ukuran beberapa bulan lalu jadi kedodoran. Yihuuiiiii, berhasil berhasil *dora mode on*.

Well girls, menu diet inipun tidak hanya berlaku buat Anda yang akan mempersiapkan BIG DAY seperti pernikahan, wisuda, dll. Tapi juga buat siapa aja yang jenuh dengan berat badan yang gak kunjung turun. Sekali lagi, ini menu diet sehat tanpa obat, tanpa suntik, tanpa operasi, jadi hasilnya akan kelihatan setelah kerja keras & komitmen kuat.

To make your lips appear fuller

A tried and true method for dry and chapped lips is to use a natural shea butter lip balm every night. When you sleep at night, you’re sure to keep some of that moisture and lock it before you wake up to apply your make up. However, it is important to use a lip balm under your lip color or gloss to keep that shine throughout the day. Aloe vera gel and Vitamin E oil is great for coating your lips as well. Use a Lip Exfoliator once a week to prevent dry cracked lips, even if you do not suffer from this problem. Sally Hansen makes a great lip exfolliant.

To shape your lips

If your lips need definition, cover your lip line with face foundation. Follow up with a powder. If your lips missing V-formation, draw a V on the middle section of your lips. Apply Lip Color, just under your liner. Finally, for your brilliance, (if desired). Remember, a darker lines creates more of a pouty look.

Moise or Mat

Matte lipsticks tend to have more staying powder and look good as day wear. Wet / glossy look top this evening looks sensational. But what you use depends largely on how long you need your color to last and how much definition you need added to your lips. (Ignoring add more depth to their lips, but require more applications) There are really no rules here. Remember that no matter which choice you make, less is still more.

When did it all begin? Your career as a fashion designer.
It all started in about the year 2002, but started a new unknown people around the year 2006. At first I did not dare to proclaim myself as a fashion designer, perhaps more accurately as a tailor because I am more willing to follow customer orders it, still do not have the characteristics and style, are still groping. New in the year 2006, when I referred to as one of the seven upcoming designers, I just dare to express myself as a fashion designer.  So yes, as I said, it’s in the blood.

Who is your favorite designer? Local and international.
If the local to, my own … * laughs * if not the first we appreciate our own work, who else? Right? If there are still international, Karl Lagerfeld, Alexander McQueen, Marc Jacobs, Viktor Horsting & Rolf Snoeren, Domenico Dolce & Stefano Gabbana, Raf Simons, Christopher Kane.

What makes your works different than other top designers?
In the year 2008 yesterday, I wanted to show my power through the detailed design engineering smock, and so far I have not had to explore the content of this smock, so I hope to create something unique and different than others by using the technique of this smock, the well, hopefully can become one of the unique characteristic of my work. In addition, I also wanted to give something unique and cutting through a slightly different silhouette that’s not boring, and still look modern.

Bahan-bahan:
1 ekor (400 gr) ikan gurame
8 butir kemiri
1 batang (2-3 cm) kunyit
6 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
4 buah cabai rawit merah
Garam secukupnya
Merica secukupnya
1 buah tomat kecil, diiris
2 buah Jeruk nipis/lemon

Cara Membuat:

1. Ikan gurame yang sudah bersih bisa didapatkan di supermarket.Kalau beli dipasar, ikan perlu dibersihkan dulu. Buang sisik dan isi perutnya tapi ikan jangan sampai menjadi hancur, biarkan utuh.Buat 2-3 guratan di setiap sisi badan ikan.
2. Lumuri ikan dengan garam dan merica secukupnya dan biarkankurang lebih 30 menit supaya bumbu meresap.
3. Selanjutnya, bakar ikan tersebut di atas bara api yang kecil sampai setengah matang. Jangan lupa dibolak balik. Angkat.
4. Sementara itu, buat bumbunya: haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai rawit, kemiri, kunyit, garam dan merica. Campur irisan tomat dan aduk sampai merata.
5. Lumuri bumbu ini sampai merata di ke dua belah sisi ikan gurame setengahmatang tadi. Lalu bakar kembali di atas bara api sedang sampai matang dan sesekali diolesi dengan sisa bumbunya.
6. Hidangkan dengan menaburkan irisan cabai merah, irisan tomat dan jeruk nipis/lemon. (sumber: http://www.dunia-ibu.org).

Bahan:
1 ekor ikan gurame
2 sdt air jeruk nipis
1 sdt garam
½ sdt lada halus
100 gr tepung maizena
minyak untuk menggoreng

Saus Asam Manis:
1 sdm margarin
50 gr bawang bombai, iris tipis
2 sing bawang putih, cincang halus
100 gr wortel, kupas, iris bentuk korek api
100 ml saus tomat
50 ml saus cabai
100 ml air
½ sdt lada
1 sdt gula pasir
1 sdt cuka masak
1 sdt tepung maizena, larutkan dengan sedikit air

Cara membuat:
1. Sayat ikan gurame dari kepala sampai ekor, potong-potong daging ikan, lumuri dengan air jeruk nipis, garam dan lada, diamkan selama 15 menit.
2. Lumuri daging, kepala serta tulang ikan dengan tepung maizena hingga rata.
3. Goreng ikan dalam minyak panas hingga kering dan berwarna kecokelatan. Angkat, tiriskan.
4. Saus: panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang bombai dan bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan wortel, air, saus tomat, saus cabai, lada, garam, air jeruk nipis dan gula pasir, masak hingga matang. Kentalkan saus dengan larutan tepung maizena, ratakan. Angkat, siram di atas ikan, sajikan.

Tidak banyak orang percaya pada ramalan namun kepercayaan itu biasanya baru akan muncul ketika apa yang diramalkan mulai menunjukkan kebenaran atau menjadi kenyataan. Seperti halnya Vanga yang memiliki nama asli Vangelia Gushterova, seorang peramal asal Bulgaria.

Pada awal kemunculannya, tak banyak orang percaya prediksinya tentang peristiwa-peristiwa yang akan terjadi pada masa depan. Namun seiring waktu ketika prediksinya itu mulai menjadi kenyataan, orang pun mulai berpaling padanya. Mulai mengingat-ingat apa yg pernah dikatakannya dulu. Banyak ramalan-ramalan Vanga tentang peristiwa-peristiwa besar yang mengguncang dunia, pada akhirnya menjadi kenyataan.

Vanga telah meninggal sejak 1996. Namun ramalan-ramalannya tentang masa depan dunia kini dicermati semua orang. Setelah sejumlah ramalan terdahulu menjadi kenyataan. Sebut saja, prediksinya tentang serangan teroris pada Amerika pada 9 September 2001 atau dikenal dgn 9/11. Ketika itu dia mengatakan Amerika akan ‘jatuh’ oleh serangan burung baja. Dan itu menjadi kenyataan di mana pusat kebanggan Amerika, World Trade Center, ditabrak oleh pesawat yg dibajak teroris.

Dia juga pernah meramalkan tentang meletusnya Perang Dunia ke-II, juga tentang perestroika yang menjadikan ‘ wajah’ Rusia berbeda, serta kematian Putri Diana. Atau tenggelamnya kapal selam Kursk di Laut Barents yang berhubungan dengan konflik bersenjata di South Ossetia. Ramalan tentang tenggelamnya kapal selam nuklir kebanggaan Rusia, Kursk, ini diungkapkannya pada 1980. Ia mengatakan,” pada pada agustus antara tahun 1999 atau 2000, Kursk akan diliputi air dan dunia akan menangisinya”. Ternyata terbukti, tahun 2000 kapal selam nuklir itu tenggelam.

Namun yang menggegerkan Vanga meramalkan tentang meletusnya Perang Dunia ke-3 tahun 2010. Berdasarkan terawangnya, Perang Dunia ke-3 itu terjadi karena konflik akibat percobaan pembunuhan terhadap kepala Negara, yakni Ukraina, Estopnia, Lituania dan Polandia yang bagian ke Georgia. Perang Dunia meletus setelah konflik yang terjadi di Hindustan (India).

Awalnya, perang tersebut hanya perang local antar Negara tetangga yang dimulai pada November 2010. Lalu perang itu merembet melibatkan banyak Negara, terjadi perang nuklir dan senjata kimia. Perang Dunia ke III ini akan selesai menjelang Oktober 2014.

Berikut ini cuplikan ramalannya yang mengerikan:
2011: akibat perang, hujan radioaktif akan menghancurkan hampir semua kehidupan di belahan bumi Utara.

Kebanyakan orang-orang Eropa akan musnah dan menghadapi ancaman dari Muslim yang akan mempergunakan senjata kimia untuk menghabisi mereka.

2014: Akibat mengerikan diterima penduduk dunia akibat serangan senjata kimia dan nuklir selama perang. Di mana sebagian besar penduduk dunia akan menderita kanker kulit dan penyakit kulit lainnya.

2016: Penduduk Eropa hingga sedikit, nyaris benua itu tidak didiami.

2018: Cina akan tampil sebagai Negara superpower baru, yang memiliki kekuasaan besar di dunia. Yang tadinya eksploiters akan menjadi yang diekploitasi.

2023: Orbit tanah akan berganti

2025: Penduduk eropa masih sangat jarang.

Siapa Vanga, peramal Ramalan 2010: Perang Dunia III?

Vanga lahir 1911 dengan nama Vangelia Pandeva Dimitrova, setelah menikah namanya menjadi Vangelia Gushterova. Ia berasal dari Bulgaria dan buta sejak usia 12 tahun. Vanga banyak menghabiskan hidupnya di area Rupite di Kozhuh Mountains, Bulgaria. Ia diduga buta huruf dan tidak menulis apapun ramalannya. Ramalan-ramalannya hanya diucapkan dan orang merekamnya. Kadang ada kesulitan, karena ucapannya kadang bercampur dialeg Bulgaria yang sulit dimengerti.

Ia mengatakan, kemampuannya melihat masa depan karena bantuan makhluk gaib yang mendampinginya dan membisikkan padanya tentang apa yang akan terjadi. Tapi Vanga tidak bisa menjelaskan dari mana makhluk gaib itu berasal. Makluk gaib itulah yang memberinya informasi tentang orang atau apapun yang akan terjadi atau telah terjadi.

Kini ramalan-ramalan Vanga menjadi objek penelitian Institut Bulgaria. Sebanyak 7000 ramalannya kini tengah diteliti. Dari penelitian tersebut, dikatakan bahwa 80 persen dari ramalannya akurat. Sesaat sebelum kematiannya, Vanga , meramalkan, bumi akan dilanda keresahan dan ketidak seimbangan, serta sejumlah makluk luar angka (alien) yang sebenarnya telah bertahun-tahun hidup di bumi.
